By stepping outside the traditional insurance model, we eliminate the "factory mentality" where clinics pass patients off to unskilled aides or drag out treatment plans just to bill more visits.

Payment & Insurance Policies:

  • HSA / FSA / Cash: We accept HSA, FSA, and standard payment methods at the time of service.
  • Commercial Insurance: Upon request, we provide a Superbill receipt for you to submit to your out-of-network insurer for potential reimbursement.
  • Medicare Beneficiaries: Because we are not enrolled with Medicare, Medicare beneficiaries may receive our wellness, performance, and cash-pay recovery services out-of-pocket. Beneficiaries seeking covered physical therapy care on a self-pay basis may do so via a patient-initiated request in accordance with federal privacy regulations.
